Book Review: 100 Appliqué Motifs
We were lucky enough to receive an advance copy of a brand new book by crafter Deborah “Ismoyo” Green, and we’re thrilled to be able to share a sneak peek with Craftershock readers. The book is called 100 Appliqué Motifs and it is truly fantastic. Whether you’re an appliqué pro or just learning, this book is for you. 100 Appliqué Motifs covers it all — from the many different kinds of appliqué to the types of stitching used and even a quick lesson in color theory! And the way the book was written and laid out makes it super easy to follow along. Oh, and did we mention how adorable every one of the appliqué patterns are?!
100 Appliqué Motifs was released yesterday in the US and Canada (it’s also available in certain countries such as the UK and Malaysia) and is available through Amazon.comand all major bookstores. Signed copies are available through the Ismoyo online shop.
Here’s a sneak peek at 100 Appliqué Motifs:
